Is Bailey watching Gossip Girl ?

I've been sick this whole week. It's so blah...
The only good thing about it are the ongoing fashion weeks - this basically means that I'm following the shows almost non stop. Heh. At least it's not as boring as it could be.

Oh well, there's always some shows you wait more than some others. Some that really surprise by being spectacular and some by being a little bit disappointing. As I used to really really dislike Burberry (pre-Christopher Bailey) and now love the Burberry Prorsum especially, the show is always a must. As last time, I watched it as it was streamed live. This time none of the models fell (like last time...) but the show was mainly (only) full of coats (different kinds). I was left wondering, where are all the pretty dresses I want to buy?!!?

 Also one thing cought my eye - the check wool jackets were like straight from Gossip Girl.

Golden era

Sparkly gold is the IT-piece of clothing to wear at the moment. Sofi Fahrman, Anne Hathaway and Natalia Vodianova manage to pull it off with some great va-va-voom ! Loving it.

Monique Lhuillier's fall collection is ah-wesome! I love it ! Wonder how many of these beautiful gowns will end up on Oscar nominees :)

It's all about the glitter and the gold

Last  night's Grammy Awards red carpet was dominated by gold and glitter. The more sparkle the better is obviously the trend. Many stars (among Heidi Klum and Miley Cyrus) relied on this.

Today I'm wearing...

... my comfy warm knitted hoodie with fluffy fur. It keeps me warm even in the coldest conditions. During this winter it has been very useful as the weather has been extremely snowy and cold. Of course I would prefer a dress with ballerinas but I guess we'll have to wait for that for a while.

Hair

Last weekend we had a dinner party, a 60th birthday celebration. Therefore I turned to my hairdresser for a proper hairdo. He's the best! Got exactly what I wanted.
